Booking for the 2020 Event
The Fat Blokes Rugby 7s Festival is run over the weekend of the 17th/18th/19th July 2020. We arrive & setup on Friday with welcoming party on the Friday night (optional) followed by a full day of rugby and festivities on the Saturday and Saturday night.
Entrance for 2020 is priced at £150 for men's and ladies' - this is payable via the PayPal link below and available on a first come first serve basis.
General Admission & Camping
All teams can camp at the festival. This year we are operating a wristband entry to include general admission and camping at the price of £10 per person for two-days (if you arrive Friday) and £5 per person for one-day (if you arrive Saturday)! This is to be paid in CASH on the day in exchange for a wristband and entry. There are some important things to note:
When entering a team, it is essential you advise on how many tents you are expecting - this way we can allocate pitches in team blocks.
If you have a large tent or a camper van, please inform us ASAP and include the team you are with.
Please don't forget to use the option of of adding a note to the transaction with the following: Contact Name, Phone Number and Team Name. We will issue you with a receipt for all bookings and teams will also receive a welcome pack. You can also print off or make a note of the reference number to help with team entry on the day.
SELECTION OF PREFERRED LEVEL IS ONLY A GUIDE AND IS NOT FINAL. PLEASE BE HONEST, THIS IS NOT AN ELITE TOURNAMENT.
